How do I return an item?

FOR ALL INSTANT SNOW POWDER ITEMS: We accept returns of unopened packages of Instant Snow for any reason, as long as they are in new condition, in unopened bags and we receive them back within 15 days from when you received them. This only applies to returns of one item. You will be refunded the value of your returned item, and there will be a small repackaging fee for most items. If you received free shipping, the actual cost we paid to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

Because of quality control, returns of more than one item must be inspected and repackaged to insure the safety of our customers, so we will not accept returns of multiple items or orders kept by customers for over 15 days without prior consent by us in writing and if accepted there will be a fee of 20 to 30% deducted on the entire returned order, as well as our shipping costs if any.

Refunds are credited to the same account that you paid us from (credit card or Paypal). Here are the steps to follow for any Instant Snow Powder return: 1. Email [email protected] and tell us what you want to return and why; please include the order number or any other details that would help us identify your order. 2. We will email you back, usually within 24 hours, and tell you where to send your return. Please repack carefully and send it by any method you choose, but keep a receipt for your return shipment in case it does not reach us. 3. We process returns once a week, and after your return is checked, we will issue a refund as indicated above. Note, your credit card company may not show the credit for a few days, depending on the policy of your bank. Also, you will only be refunded/credited for the item or items in your order that are returned to us.

For returns received in our warehouse more than 15 days after delivery to you, there is a minimum inspection and repackaging charge of 20% that will be deducted from your refund as well as the cost of shipping the item to you originally.

FOR SNOWFALL MACHINES: The Manufacturer of the machines, Global Special Effects, does NOT accept returns except for repair under their 1 year limited warranty. They cannot resell machines once they are used even once. They do offer excellent warranty service from their Alabama manufacturing center as long as the customer follows their return procedures. 1. Call them directly at 256-229-5551 and tell them about the problem you are having. THEY HAVE 24 HOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AVAILABLE so be sure to listen to their instructions if you are calling after hours or on weekends. 2. Their Tech support will try to solve your problem or tell you the next step to follow in order to return your machine. 3. All repair issues are handled only by Global Special Effects, not Snowonder. For any questions not covered above, please contact us at any time: [email protected] Note, we can request a refund from the manufacturer for machines returned UNUSED within 2 weeks of delivery to you but they will be charged a fee of $100 per machine as the machine needs to be unpacked, tested, cleaned and repacked, and you must have written authorization from us for this, or the machines will be refused when you return them.
